Gulf Gate East is located south of Clark Road and east of
Beneva. The homes were built in the 1980's and early 1990's. We live in Gulf
Gate East and enjoy our neighborhood.
Gulf Gate East homes
have medium size lots with a few large lots that are approximately one acre, some with native oak trees
that are over 100 years old near the back of the addition. Gulf Gate East has
extra wide streets and a neighborhood association. There are over 300 homes in
Gulf Gate East and the entrance on Beneva is the only way in or out. There is a
nice mix of ages and this Sarasota neighborhood is a quiet pleasant place to live.
