The Inlets condos are located in Nokomis, just south of Sarasota on US 41. The Inlets are villas and carriage house condos with heated pool, exercise room, club house, shuffleboard and tennis courts. Some villas in The Inlets are free standing and some have boat docks on the canal. Some have their own pool, spa or garage. Many have a water or preserve view. The condo complex is gated.
There are just under 250 villas and carriage house condos built in the late 1980's - early 1990's. The Inlets prices range is very reasonable. Let us know if you want to be notified when one comes on the market:
