The owner met me at this lot. The neighbors to the south (4th & 5th photos)
purchased two lots and they placed their home more to the south. That left quite a lot of space on the north side, which adjoins this lot.
The owner said when she and her husband purchased this lot they rented a cherry picker to take them up and see the view. She said the view is breathtaking. If you would like to do that let me know. The lot does go to the water, and there are mangroves at the water's edge. The aerial photo was taken before the house to the south was built.
